10/12/2006 killer training.
today was once again full of pw. hahah. during the h1 chinese break played fun touch with adeline, xueting, deena, wenkai and his friend at the track. got damn sweaty hahah.
after skl we revealed the whole angel mortal thing! it was a really nice session in which most of the class sat down together t chat as a whole. (:
after that they all left and left me, ivan and wenkai there. -.- finally ivan went too so we thought of going t the library t watch a movie, but on our way we saw 35ers doing the rice art thingy so we went t see!! omgosh 0635 got FIRST!! woo. 35 rocks lah.
in the end he watched dunnoe what with his rugby friend and i met up with jo, xueting, adeline, deena and jeannette LOL. there was like lots of nonsense in the library lah. lol.
before training we practised spinning the ball HAHA damn funny lah cause we were like going MOK! LIU! ANG! CHOO! HAN! when passing the ball hahahahah.
sigh i sat out for one round cause of the freaking blister and plaster URGHHH. ): had t change t long socks.
today's training was a KILLER! urgghhh almost died lah! we did the zig-zag lateral-pass for SO LONG pls. it was damn tiring. then shah wasn't very happy that we kept dropping balls so he made us do 50 pushups, 50 crunches and 50 squats.
then we had t stand in a circle with a ball in the middle while shah used handsigns t give us instructions t move left or right in a circle, touch the ball, move back or switch sides t the other ball. we did it for so long and we were already damn tired in the first place.
basically today's training was tough with shah in a not-so-good mood scolding us.
i have a feeling i'll be aching like no tomorrow.
and woah today all of a sudden yanyi said i had t plan a chalet for rugby like :O :O when she said it i thought she was kidding me cause it was so sudden. i've never done this before!
